The Formentera Department of Social Services reports that the Centre for the Study and Prevention of Addictive Behaviour (Cepca) will begin a phone-based support service for Formentera and Eivissa families from Monday 30 March. Coordinated by Cepca director Belén Alvite, the service goes beyond dealing with possible addiction issues to address situations of conflict that may arise during confinement. Any interested local families should call 971 32 33 35 between 9.00am and 2.00pm, to receive over-the-phone support from a staff specialist.
