Supreme Court to hear Formentera Council request for annulment of historic centre ruling

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal by the Council of Formentera regarding a 6 February 2014 sentence of the Balearic Island Superior Court of Justice (TSJIB). The ruling by the court had nullified demarcations of historic centre in the towns of Sant Francesc, Sant Ferran and El Pilar de La Mola.
