foto pujada-busThe Formentera Council's mobility department announces that, this Saturday night for Sant Francesc's Flower party and again for Sant Jaume celebrations on Tuesday (July 24) and Wednesday (July 25), special operating hours will be in effect for the island's bus service.

For everyone who wants to get in on the Formentera Flower fun this Saturday, or check out the concerts this Tuesday and Wednesday at Sant Francesc's plaça de la Constitució, a dedicated bus service provide public transport between Sant Francesc and other towns and central points on the island.

In the words of mobility secretary Rafael González, the special service is intended for islanders and tourists “who want to enjoy the festivities without having to get behind the wheel”. He also heralded an additional effect—fewer traffic accidents.
