Sol Courrèges Boné’s exhibition at Centre “Gabrielet” appeals to sentiment behind recycling

This Wednesday 28 July at Centre Antoni Tur ‘Gabrielet’, Sol Courrèges Boné will pull the curtain back on “Feel”, an exhibition which cuts to the very core of recycling as a concept. Featured pieces are crafted from doors, windows, wood, metals, plastics, cans, cans, natural waste... anything that can be given a second life. The artist relishes transforming waste into decorative objects which convey, in her words, “the conviction that there are still things we can do to better our world and reduce pollution, simply by recycling”.

Courrèges additionally tapped local creators Bettyna Rivero and Pilar Mena to participate in “Feel” and spread the recycling gospel.

“Feel” is on view at Centre Antoni Tur ‘Gabrielet’ from 10.00am to 2.00pm and 7.00pm to 10.00pm until 7 August.
