Presenting Formentera's new COVID-19 agent

Today Ana Juan, President of the Consell de Formentera; Josep Marí, Councillor of Interior, and Félix Ramos, the Chief of Formentera Local Police, received Formentera's COVID-19 and citizen security point person, to be in charge of attending to urgent needs stemming from the public health, social and economic crisis caused by the pandemic.
 
This new agent is part of the Balearic Government's call to equip local councils with reinforcement personnel. The Consell de Formentera had requested four agents, and ultimately received one. His contract runs until 31 December 2022. The agent took part in a training course in Santa Eulària along with the incoming agents of that town. The Consell de Formentera praised the Santa Eulària town council for its help in training.
