Salsa de Nadal at traditional cooking workshop this December

The Office of Heritage of the Consell de Formentera and Es Forn Gastronomic Association of Formentera are organising a workshop this month where attendees will learn to make a favourite of local Yuletide fare: salsa de Nadal.

The workshop will start at 4.00pm, 20 December, at Centre Antoni Tur "Gabrielet".

Space is limited and those interested should send an email to coneixpatrimoni@conselldeformentera.cat. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.
